I had to cheat and found a marker that was sort of a match...and I found a piece of DCWV paper that worked too. My friend Mary went on vacation to Hawaii (lucky duck) a few weeks ago and she let me barrow her circle scalloped nestabilities - (GASP!! I can't believe I don't own these!!). Now I'm just not too sure if she's going to be lucky enough to get them back!! I've seen several of these cute little scalloped cards and wanted to make one - so I did!
The card is really quite easy, Certainly Celery, Old Olive, So Saffron and Cameo Coral (sort of). I stamped the Inkadinkado image, colored it with Prismacolor markers and pencils and cut it with my Coluzzle circle cutter, and then with scissors (around the butterfly). I then stamped the butterfly again and just glued down the body so it would like like it was about to take flight. Then I shimmerfied it with Shimmerz!
I used Celery Shimmerz for the circle part of the stamped image, and Opal for the butterfly. I see that Lindsey has more in stock at Jacksonbelle Embellishments! I added some buttons and two small prima flowers and called it good!
