I think this little Lizzie Anne Designs Hula girl is just as cute as can be....and yes, she can walk on water! I think I will add Aloha! to the card later - I just ran out of time! I stamped the girl on shimmery paper too - so the card is extra shiny! I used Shimmerz Glitter Paint for her flowers and her grass skirt. The waves were cut out of Baja Breeze paper, then painted with a mix of Sky Blue Shimmerz and Ultra Marine, then I used a bit of white craft ink over the top to make some white water!
