Tag! You’re It!

For the next few days, I plan to show you some samples using Tag - You’re It! from Our Craft Lounge!  This set is full of possibilities….and it isn’t just for Christmas!

For the card below, I decided to go with some nontraditional holiday colors again, HOT PINK and BLACK!  I got the inspiration from an apron I saw at the store – I LOVED it! It was actually green and black – I plan to use that color combo soon!  But I fell in love with the apron as I ran by it – it was bright and bold – and I immediately knew I needed to recreate it on a card!

I’m kicking myself for not taking a picture of the apron – I ALWAYS take pictures, but I was in a HUGE hurry so I didn’t have time.   You can probably imagine the apron though just by looking at the card.  Half of the apron was black, the other half was patterned, mostly white and a bit of black and a splash of color, then there was a nice big band around the waist!  A perfect layout for a card! 
Here’s a close-up of the main sentiment as my first picture is a bit blurry. 

After coloring the holly berries (from the OCL set  Happy Holly-Days) I covered them with Glossy Accents – a perfect finishing touch!!

Tomorrow I’ll show you a card with this tag set – that isn’t a Christmas card! : )
